Pennsylvania Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports

The annual comprehensive financial report (ACFR) is a set of government financial statements that complies with accounting requirements prescribed by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) and provides information about the financial condition of the commonwealth.

Pennsylvania’s ACFR is prepared primarily by accounting staff in the Governor’s Office of Comptroller Operations. It is audited by independent auditors using GASB requirements.

The Governor’s Office of the Budget maintains an archive of ACFRs dating back to the Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 1986. More information is available here.
