Harrisburg, PA - Treasurer Joe Torsella today announced the appointment of Marcy Feldman Rost to the Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) Board of Commissioners.

Feldman Rost currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Communications Officer for Independence Health Group. She has a history of leadership in government and non-profit sectors, including previously serving as the executive director of PennPORTS under Pennsylvania Governor Robert P. Casey, and as director of Corporate Strategy and Planning for the DRPA. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for both the Philadelphia Zoo and The Economy League of Greater Philadelphia.
DRPA oversees transportation that crosses the Delaware River connecting Pennsylvania and New Jersey — including numerous bridges and the Port Authority Transit Corporation’s transit line. The transportation board’s goal is to provide safe and efficient transportation for the Greater Philadelphia area. The DRPA Board of Commissioners is made up of 16 individuals, 8 from both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
