Torsella appointed for his record of prudent investment management and increased transparency
Harrisburg, PA - Pennsylvania Treasurer Joe Torsella will serve as the 2020 Chair of the Pension & Trust Investment Committee at the National Association of State Treasurers (NAST).

The Pension & Trust Investment Committee is responsible for keeping NAST membership—state treasurers of all 50 states—informed of developments in public pension management and industry best practices.
Treasurer Torsella was appointed to this position by the President of NAST, Massachusetts State Treasurer and Receiver General Deborah Goldberg. He will be joined on the committee by Treasurer John Murante of Nebraska as Vice Chair.
