Unclaimed Property Holder Amnesty Program Available Now Through October 31.
Treasury is granting businesses that missed the April 15th annual filing deadline amnesty from penalties and interest, if they come forward at this time. In addition, the program is also open to first-time filers or companies with gaps in their reporting history that would like to come into compliance.
