Negative Reporting (No Unclaimed Property to Report)
If you wish to manually file a negative report indicating that you have no unclaimed property, you may type directly into the form, print, and mail it or send an electronic copy via e-mail to unclholders@patreasury.gov.
If you wish to electronically file a negative report, your report will be automatically uploaded into the unclaimed property database and no hard copy submission is necessary. By filing a negative report, when your company or organization does not have any reportable unclaimed property, will help maintain an “active” reporting status. Online Negative Reporting
