Please note that some GPS navigational units lead drivers to 1101 S. Front Street in Steelton, PA and not to 1101 S. Front Street in Harrisburg, PA. 

The Riverfront Office Center (ROC), also commonly referred to as the PennDot building, is located on the east shore of the Susquehanna River just south of the Route 83 bridge (South Bridge).  The ROC can be accessed by taking the Harrisburg – 13th Street Exit (Exit 44-A) off Route 83 and following the blue and white signs for the PennDOT customer service center.  (Please see below for detailed directions.)

Once at the ROC, use the entrance located in the middle of the building.  You will need to produce picture identification to register with building security.  BF&R is located on the fourth floor.   

From points east/north
Take Route 83 South to Exit 44A (13th Street).  Merge onto 13th Street.  At the second traffic light, make a right onto Sycamore Street.  Go straight through the next traffic light.  This will take you to the ROC/PennDOT building.  

From points west/south
Take Route 83 North to Exit 44A (13th Street).  At the traffic light, take a left onto 13th Street.  At the second traffic light, make a right onto Sycamore Street.  Go straight through the next traffic light.  This will take you to the ROC.
