Request For Proposal (RFP11-001)

The Pennsylvania Treasury’s information technology infrastructure and business processes which are responsible for processing millions of vital, time-sensitive Commonwealth payments each year, is dated, complex, limited, and inflexible.  In early 2011, through RFP10-001, Treasury selected Oracle’s PeopleSoft and supporting products.

Through a request for proposal, the Treasury is seeking an implementation partner that will utilize the pre-selected PeopleSoft FMS and Treasury ERP system with supporting Oracle edge components to enhance the Treasury’s processing capabilities, transitioning the existing business processes to more efficient, timely, and flexible processes maintaining accuracy and enhancing the security of the data within the Treasury’s new core financial system.
